Right of Withdrawal

You may cancel your contract within one month without giving reason in
writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods have been delivered
before the given deadline - by returning the goods. The deadline begins upon
receipt of this written notification, but not before receipt of goods by the
consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before
receipt of first partial delivery) and not before fulfillment of our
obligations of duty to inform in accordance with § 312c Section 2 BGB in
association with § 1 para 1, 2 a.m. to 4 p.m. BGB InfoV as well as our
obligations in accordance to § 312e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB in association
with § 3 BGB-InfoV. To ensure the revocation period, the timely posting of
the right for revocation or such cause is sufficient. The revocation must be

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of an effective revocation, each party shall return the
benefits received to the other party and emoluments taken are to be
returned. In case you return the goods received in whole or in part or only
in deteriorated condition, you are obliged to pay compensation for the
value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of
the item results from a similar assessment as it would have been possible in
a shop. Incidentally, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for
an deteriorated item that results from non-intended use by not using the
item as your property and avoid everything that could reduce its value.
Eligible-shipped items are to be sent back at our risk. You have to bear the
cost of the return if the delivered goods meet the order and if the price of
the returned items does not exceed 40 Euros or if -in case of a higher price
of the item- you did not yet provide a return service or a contractual
agreed partial payment at the time
of revocation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you.
Non-eligible shipping items are being picked up from your location.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The
deadline starts with your dispatch of your revocation request the item in
question; for us its starts with our receipt of the same.
